Return Policy: We’ll accept returns for all products in their original condition and packaging within 5 business days of receipt. If you have specific problems please contact our customer service department and we'll make it right.
Shipping Policy: Yes, we offer free 1st Class shipping anywhere in US. You will get a free upgrade to USPS Priority shipping if your order is heavier than 2 pounds. You'll notice however we have separate payment features for those customers who are outside of the US. And yes, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.
Q: Why do International Customers have to pay more?
A: We're based out of the USA and while we get great rates domestically and can pass those savings to our customers here our international rates are slightly higher. Understanding you want the best deal, we ship all of our international shipments via "International First Class Mail" through our post office. It usually takes 1-2 weeks. Any faster and the cost is exorbitant. (If you need it faster please see the next question)
Q: I'm in a super rush and need this yarn...like yesterday! Help?!

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: We will normally pack and ship your order within 2 days of receiving your order.
Payment:Our shopping cart is powered by paypal! When you complete your transaction you are sent to paypal's processing page set up for Around the Om. Why did we send you there? We trust paypal, their ability and technology to securely process your transaction. Your private info should stay that way and we take it to the pros to make sure that happens. Let us know if you need any help. Do I need to have a paypal account? No, you can just use your credit card (please remember checks take longer to clear, so that means longer to get your items...but we do take them at your preference!). But if you want to use your paypal account--go for it!
Privacy Policy: We hate spam and all the other “bad” things that can happen to us on the web. So take ease in knowing, Around the Om takes extreme care in protecting your privacy. We never have and never will sell or rent any personal information which is obtained from you by visiting and/or doing business with us.
Of course, if you order something your “shopper data” is only given to the parties involved in processing the order i.e. paypal or USPS etc. Your info and privacy is very important and we maintain a strict policy to keep you safe and secure.
